Lorde
Born Ella Marija Lani Yelich-O’Connor, Lorde launched to stardom with the hit single “Royals” from her 2013 EP, The Love Club, which earned her the Grammy Awards for Song of the Year and Best Pop Solo Performance in 2014. She released her debut album, Pure Heroine, later that year and went on to curate the soundtrack for the 2014 film The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 1, including the single “Yellow Flicker Beat.” Lorde released her albums Melodrama and Solar Power in 2017 and 2021, respectively.
Lorde previously dated photographer James Lowe, who was seven years older than her, from 2014 to 2015. She was rumored to be in a relationship with director Justin Warren (who was roughly 17 years her senior) from 2015 until their speculated split in 2023.
